Unum Dental members can visit any dentist and receive coverage. Whether you use an in-network or out-of-network provider, the same benefit amounts are paid. However, the services are discounted when you use a provider in our national network.

If your current dentist is not in our network , submit their information using our convenient form and we’ll extend an offer to them to join our network.
